The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Trash Panda Guild. We operate this store and website to provide you with a curated shopping experience ("Services"), powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

Section 2 — Our Artifacts (Products)

We do our best to represent our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. We don't guarantee products will look identical to how they appear on screen. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

Section 3 — Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — not a guaranteed sale. Trash Panda Guild reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only after Trash Panda Guild accepts it and processes payment. Review your order carefully before submitting — cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. The price at time of order is what you pay, confirmed in your order email. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate, complete payment information and keep it updated.

All delivery times are estimates — not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

Everything on our Services — text, images, graphics, designs, trademarks, slogans — belongs to Trash Panda Guild or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law.
